Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration:
- Full refund given up until 20th Feb (8 weeks prior)
- 75% refund 21-Feb to 20-March (8-4 weeks prior)
- No refunds given after 20-March (covid related exceptions listed below)
Covid related cancellation:
- Participants forced to cancel due to unforeseen localised covid related restriction (including but not limited to: state border closures, travel restrictions, flight/ferry cancellations, mandatory quarantine, covid related illness or caring obligations), 90% refund given up until 15th April.
- Conference cancelled or postponed by the conference committee due to covid related risk or restrictions, full refunds given up until 15th April or choice to transfer registration to the new date. The committee will endeavor to assess the situation by February 2023.
